alright, some challenging questions this time! respect Jeff nice quiz... here goes.

1. Both worked with Lee Scratch Perry (?)

2. Uglyman!

3. he said Wet Dream was about a leaky roof that disturbed his sleep, and "pushing up" a bucket to catch the leaks.

4. Jacob Killer Miller! (top question!!)

5. King Tafari (Yoni and I saw them play back in July last year - not bad but they played off CD for what it's worth). The last *decent* Sizzla album for me is probably Rise to the Occasion. The last *great* Sizzla album would have to be Da Real Thing!

Micapam - Caveman is the sound Sizzla worked with most when he was coming up. I have a 90 minute tape of Caveman playing PURE sizzla dubplates from 1996, with raw early versions of classics like Black Woman and Child, Holding Firm, Like Mountain, etc. Caveman has never been Sizzla's sound though, in an ownership sense.

Jumbo Ras!

Turbulence bigs him up in too many tunes to count. But the one I was thinking of is "It's So Bright" on Star Trail where he says "full it up now Jumbo Ras come build me a spliff".

So nobody can answer the other questions dem?

good gets Yoni...

Satta Massagana shares the same first two lines as Carlton & The Shoes "Happy Land", originally released as the b-side of "Love Me Forever".

Sintaro is from Ghana.

respect... your turn to come up with some questions! :)
