AMRAP has a few music correspondents that have interviews with reggae artists. I just downloaded two (Jane Costessi interviewing Nicky Bomba and and another)

www.amrap.org

Click on Music Correspondents

interviews are in mp3 format with a cover sheet. (i just burn them to cd for radio use)

you can also preview listen to the interviews.

These are for use by community radio (and for interested reggae fans).

Speaking of interviews Jesse... Burro. We want the Burro. The public has spoken (through me) and we demand Burro! Dont hold this gem back any longer.

Patience my friend, patience... Posted Image

I'm going to play a few brief snippets of an old Lucky Dube interview on the show this saturday, and then the full interview with Cat Coore of Third World next weekend (wicked stuff, trust me). Then I'll give it a rest so I don't overdo it with the talk, but I promise I'll get the Burro interview on a few weeks later... so hold tight! B)

Sure Phil... My interview with Cat Coore is from last week, but my interviews with Bunny Rugs and Lucky Dube are both from several years ago. Link me...

haven't given any more thought to a visit down here to catch Third World and then More Fire on the weekend? ;)
